Showing Off Your Dogs-Part 2

There’s no doubt Garden & Gun readers love their dogs, so after the raging success of this summer’s canine photo contest, we decided to do it again. As soon as our call for entries went out, images of your pooches started flooding in. We received so many pictures we couldn’t possibly choose just one winner. So this time around we created four categories: Dogs in the Field, Dogs at Play, Dogs at Rest, and, well, Dogs Being Dogs.

The winners (pictured above) are Mildred, a smiling golden retriever from Houston, Texas; Mike, a stylish Llewellin setter from San Antonio, Texas; the late Molly, a mud-loving chocolate Lab from New Orleans, Louisiana; and Muga, a dozing bulldog from Milton, Georgia. All the winning canines will receive a G&G dog collar and a couple of koozies for their faithful masters.

But if anything, every image we received proved that a dog’s life ain’t bad if you belong to a G&G reader. Click on the links below to see all of the photos, and be sure to give your pooch a good scratch behind the ears for us.
