Six standout pieces that preview what stylish Southerners will be wearing soon

Six designers we’re proud to call our own launched new apparel and accessories collections at New York Fashion Week, which wrapped up debuting fall-winter 2016 collections this week. Some chose the traditional runway route to show their wares, while others favored a more immediate message, like Atlanta native Wes Gordon, who launched his collection entirely on social media via a video series shot by photographer Kat Irlin. From monochromatic separates to feminine suits and bold leather goods, we’ve highlighted six standout pieces that preview what stylish Southerners will be wearing soon.
