I have my eagle-eyed sister-in-law Elizabeth to thank for this post, since she tipped me off about jewelry designer Erin McDermott White. Thanks, Liz!

White is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, but a few weeks back, I had a chance to see some of her hand-made pieces in person while she was visiting Charleston.

I'm a sucker for soft colors and organic texture, so it's no surprise that out of all of White's work, the designs that incorporated coral, quartz, and geodes were my favorites.
