G&G Excursion: Wing Shooting in Oregon

Garden & Gun headed out west to Oregon to kick-off the first of our G&G Excursions. Guests stayed at Highland Hills Ranch for four nights and three full days of hunting some of the best and most diverse birds in the country. The 3,000-acre ranch offered a variety of terrain to hunt upland game like chukar, Hungarian partridge, pheasant, and valley quail. Besides the wing shooting, guests also enjoyed a special evening with wine tasting and pairings from Big Table Farm, one of the region’s most notable winemakers.
