G&G celebrated the New Orleans City Portrait on a chilly, snowy day in December 2008. The elements didn't stop the city's G&G fans from attending our party co-hosted by Julia Reed at the Ogden Museum of Art's Patrick Taylor Library. Delicacies from Donald Link and Herbsaint were served while Saxophonist extraordinaire, Donald Harrison, pleased the crowd with an impromptu performance. Many thanks to Jesse McBride, who entertained the crowd with his finely-tuned piano skills, Julia Reed, The Ogden Museum of Art, Perfect Presentations, and city of New Orleans for a fantastic evening...in spite of the snow!
