1. Giveaway Description. The Bourbon Newsletter Sign-up Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Garden & Gun, LLC d/b/a Garden & Gun Magazine, 21 Magazine Street, Suite 200, Charleston SC 29401 (“Magazine” and “Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules. The purpose of the Giveaway is to acquire emails for the Magazine’s Bourbon Newsletter (“Newsletter”), and one (1) Entry Form (defined below) will be selected at random, to win the prize package described herein.
2. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Garden & Gun, LLC d/b/a Garden & Gun Magazine (“Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility. To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, you must be an individual who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on November 5, 2025, and a legal resident of the United States of America, or a business (that provides an individual contact who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a legal resident of the United States of America on the Entry Form (defined below)). Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Period. The entry period commences at 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) on November 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on November 25, 2025 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on November 25, 2025. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for entry into the Giveaway. No entries into the Giveaway will be accepted before or after the Entry Period.
5. How to Enter. Eligible entrants may enter the Giveaway by completing the online form to subscribe to the Sponsor’s email list for the Bourbon Newsletter for a chance to win the bourbon lover’s gift box prize package described in Section 6. To enter, visit www.gardenandgun.com/bourbongiveaway (the “Site”) during the Entry Period and complete all required fields of the Giveaway entry form (“Entry Form”). You may also enter the Giveaway by finding a Magazine Sponsored Ad or Post on Facebook or Instagram and following the entry instructions to click or comment where indicated to complete and submit your entry. Please note that interactions with Magazine Sponsored Ads or Posts on Facebook or Instagram are subject to the Privacy Policies and/or Terms of Use (or such other like terms) of Facebook or Instagram. Sponsor does not have any control over or responsibility for the Privacy Policies and/or Terms of Use (or such other like terms) of Facebook or Instagram. Sponsor recommends carefully reviewing such Privacy Policies and/or Terms of Use (or such other like terms) and agreeing to them prior to interacting with any Magazine Sponsored Ads or Posts on Facebook or Instagram. Entries must fully comply with all Giveaway requirements, as specified in these Official Rules, to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that fail to comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Fraudulent methods of entry or any attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Communications; Unsubscribe. By submitting an Entry Form, you (the “Entrant”) expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Sponsor, including the Newsletter and other related offers. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your eligibility or chances of winning the Giveaway. Sponsor may retain records of your consent (including timestamp, source URL, and consent text presented) to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.
7. Privacy; Notice at Collection. Sponsor collects and processes the personal information you provide in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation your name, email address, mailing address (if provided), and any other information you submit on the Entry Form, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway (including winner selection and prize fulfillment), communicating with Entrants and Winners, and sending the Newsletter and other marketing communications as described in Section 6. Sponsor’s processing of personal information, including the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for which personal information is used, and disclosures to service providers, is described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on Sponsor’s website. If Sponsor engages in “sale” or “sharing”/“targeted advertising” of personal information as those terms may be defined by applicable state law, you may exercise your right to opt out as described in the Privacy Policy. Residents of certain states that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have additional rights as described in the Privacy Policy. Where required by law, Sponsor will honor requests to access, delete, correct, or limit the use/disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Prize Package. The winner of the Giveaway (“Winner”) will receive a prize package consisting of the following bourbon-related products:

9. General Prize Terms. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or prize component) for an item of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner who is unable to accept the prize as described herein. The prize package shall not contain alcohol or bourbon. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, any forms required by the IRS (if any), and any taxes incurred in connection with acceptance of the Prize are the Winner’s sole responsibility. By entering this Giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Giveaway, you, as the entrant, represents and warrants that you are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
10. Odds. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
11. Selection and Notification of Winner. The Winner will be notified via email at the address listed on their Entry Form. The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about November 26, 2025. The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) by email within 10 days following Winner selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days from the time the prize notification was sent or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
12. Terms & Conditions. In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void Entry Forms for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate administration of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability. By entering or accepting prize, you as an entrant and the Winner shall hold Sponsor and its promotional partners, its directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from liability, damages or claims for injury or loss to any person or property (including death) relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in this Giveaway, the acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse, or condition of any of the prizes awarded, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
14. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the internal laws of the state of South Carolina without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. All cases and claims pertaining to this Giveaway must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Charleston, South Carolina, without recourse to class action suits.
15. Winners List. For the names of the Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Garden & Gun Magazine LLC, 21 Magazine Street, Suite 200, Charleston, South Carolina 29401. Vermont residents may omit postage.
16. By signing up for the Giveaway, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
