Bourbon After Hours: A Dinner & Tasting

A behind-the-scenes culinary experience at High Wire Distilling Co.


G&G invites guests to take part in an unforgettable experience at High Wire Distilling Co. The evening begins with a distillery tour led by owners Ann Marshall and Scott Blackwell, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their acclaimed craft operation. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a rare bourbon tasting led by Bill Thomas of world-renowned Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington, D.C.

The evening culminates with a seated dinner prepared by chef Travis Grimes of Iron Clay Catering, and a soulful musical performance by Mel Washington—a true celebration of craftsmanship, flavor, and Southern hospitality.
