Cast & Blast

In partnership with Visit Lake Charles, Garden & Gun hosts its 5th annual Cast & Blast event at Grosse Savanne Lodge in Lake Charles, Louisiana, this fall. The event features fishing outings for redfish, flounder, or trophy bass followed by two morning hunts on the opening weekend of teal season. Throughout the weekend, Grosse Savanne’s head chef prepares delicious dinners featuring local specialties–accompanied by signature Blade and Bow bourbon cocktails.

Friday, September 9th 

2:00 PM – Afternoon fishing 
6:00 PM – Cocktail hour
7:00 PM – Dinner

Saturday, September 10th

6:30 AM – Morning teal hunt 
2:00 PM – Afternoon fishing 
6:00 PM – Cocktail hour 
7:00 PM – Dinner 

Sunday, September 11th 

6:30 AM – Morning teal hunt

Ticket includes:

• Activities (hunting and fishing) and all fishing equipment. Attendees are expected to provide their own hunting equipment.

• Lodging (based on double occupancy, 2-night stay).

• All food & beverages throughout stay.
