Together with Garden & Gun Club’s executive chef Sam Davis, each month one of the region’s finest culinary talents will collaborate on a three-course family-style dinner, paired with wine. Guests are invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy great cuisine and community like Sunday supper was meant to be.
Co-executive chef and partner of FARM and Common Thread, Brandon Carter, and Chef de Cuisine, Joseph Harrison, celebrate the South in their cuisine by working to bring the farming culture to their guests with every dish. Chef Carter, a former South Carolina Chef Ambassador, thrives on creating a menu deeply rooted in the seed-to-plate philosophy.
