2024 Annual Society Gathering

The editors of G&G welcomed Society members to Western North Carolina this fall for the annual Society Gathering, hosted at The Swag and Cataloochee Ranch. The weekend consisted of bespoke outdoor adventures, engaging conversations with local experts, and live performances featuring Leah and Chloe of Rising Appalachia. Guests indulged in the culinary bounty of Appalachia with chef William Dissen of The Market Place featuring the flavors of regional spirits with Eda Rhyne Distilling Co., Celtic Honour Appalachian Bourbon, and more. Together, Society members toasted the good life against the backdrop of the East Coast’s most breathtaking vistas.
