Fish to Fork

Garden & Gun was the national media partner of the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort‘s fifth annual Fish to Fork weekend May 17–May 20. An unparalleled foodie experience, Fish to Fork weekend featured true dock-to-dish specialties in the beautiful setting of Amelia Island overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The resort welcomed renowned chefs from around the country to showcase both their fishing and their culinary skills, completed with a final Chef Showdown on Saturday night.
