Oyster Tasting & Education with André Gallant

On Saturday, February 16, the Garden & Gun Club hosted an Oyster Tasting & Education event with author, teacher, and G&G contributor, André Gallant, where guests learned about the biology and ecology of oysters. Attendees enjoyed a variety of oysters donated by Pensacola Bay Oyster Co. and prepared on a Sea Island Forge fire kettle. A portion of the proceeds was donated to Georgia Mariculture Society.
