A Southern All-Stars Dinner

On Tuesday, September 10, G&G hosted a Southern All-Stars Dinner in partnership with Synovus. The sold-out event was held at the Mockingbird in Nashville, featuring a cocktail hour and bourbon tasting courtesy of Angel’s Envy followed by a four-course seated dinner by James Beard Award-celebrated chefs Kevin Johnson of the Grocery in Charleston, Jeremiah Langhorne of the Dabney in Washington, D.C., Maneet Chauhan of Nashville’s Morph Hospitality, and Edward Lee of 610 Magnolia in Louisville.

Prepared by Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney, the evening’s first course is charred beets with smoked and dried scallop, Virginia peanuts, basil, lemongrass, and pickled chili.
