Brian Noyes

Brian Noyes left a thirty-year career as a Washington, D.C., magazine art director to create a bakery in rural Virginia. After fifteen years he retired to Little Washington, Virginia (pop. 84), where the townsfolk figured he was the guy to resurrect their long-shuttered diner. His Hayfields General Store & Café opens in 2026.
