Garden & Gun is seeking a Designer to join our Marketing team full-time. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, detail-driven creative who loves strong typography, clean layouts, and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Events, and brand extensions to bring campaigns to life across print, digital, social, and experiential touchpoints, all while upholding the distinctive Garden & Gun aesthetic.
This position reports to the Creative Director, Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Design compelling graphics and layouts for print, digital, social, and brand events
• Translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready executions
• Manage production schedules to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Oversee project production needs with a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Work with vendors to source estimates and manage print and production workflows
• Assist with creative budgets, invoices, and file organization
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally in a magazine, media, or agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Highly organized and comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Collaborative communicator with a strong sense of ownership
A plus if you have
• Experience with photography, illustration, video, or motion
• Familiarity with web and digital design best practices
• Hands-on studio skills such as physical comps, mockups, and short-run printed materials
