A members-only Garden & Gun experience

A Letter from Garden & Gun’s Cofounder & CEO

Dear Friends,

Over the last seventeen years, we have been honored to play host to passionate readers at destinations across the South and beyond. From the hills of Northern Italy to Bermuda’s pink sands, stories have been shared and memories have been made at every turn.

With your unparalleled enthusiasm in mind, I would like to be the first to invite you to join the Garden & Gun Society, a members-only group designed to allow our most engaged readers to experience the magazine—and the best of the South—as never before.  In addition to enjoying exclusive privileges and a direct dial to G&G’s headquarters, Society members are invited to gather annually at an exclusive family-reunion-style event.

Here’s to continued adventures with good friends!

Sincerely,
Rebecca Wesson Darwin
Garden & Gun cofounder & CEO

Last year, at the fourth annual Society Gathering, members experienced the classic Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande, Florida. G&G special guests included two-time Olympian Andy Mill and fashion historian Caroline Rennolds Milbank. Guests enjoyed yachting with Barton & Gray Mariners Club, a small-batch spirits tasting led by High Wire Distilling Co., a fishing excursion with G&G’s editor in chief Dave DiBenedetto, a private performance by Sierra Hull, and a custom dinner by chef Von Diaz, to name a few experiences! In 2022, G&G hosted the third annual Garden & Gun Society Gathering at Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Texas. During the event, members came together for three days of Lone Star State experiences including curated workshops and sporting excursions, live performances, talks with special guests, and a number of memorable meals paired with creative cocktails. In the fall of 2021, the Society Gathering took place at the newly renovated High Hampton Inn in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Throughout the event, guests enjoyed private hikes and fly fishing excursions with local guides, exceptional cuisine with wine pairings, a live performance by country star Hailey Whitters, and riveting storytelling with G&G editors and special guests. In 2019, members joined G&G editors, staff, and contributors at the beautiful Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee. Click here to view event photos.
