Brandy Old-Fashioned

    • 1 sugar cube (or 3/4 tsp. sugar)

    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    • 1 Maraschino cherry

    • 1 Orange wedge

    • 2 oz. Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy


  1. In a chilled rocks glass, muddle the sugar, bitters, cherry, and orange wedge into a thick paste. (Try to muddle only the orange flesh and avoid the pith and peel, which can taste bitter.) Add the brandy, stir and fill with ice.
