Brandy Old-Fashioned

Ingredients

1 sugar cube (or 3/4 tsp. sugar)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Maraschino cherry
1 Orange wedge
2 oz. Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy
Preparation
In a chilled rocks glass, muddle the sugar, bitters, cherry, and orange wedge into a thick paste. (Try to muddle only the orange flesh and avoid the pith and peel, which can taste bitter.) Add the brandy, stir and fill with ice.
