Creole Cocktail
Ingredients
1½ oz. rye whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
½ oz. Amer Picon*
¼ oz. Benedictine
Lemon twist, for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express lemon peel on the surface and garnish.
*Substitute Ramazzotti Amaro with a few dashes of orange bitters.
