Dirty Martini with a Dill Twist (YIELD: 1 cocktail)

- Ice, for the cocktail shaker
- 2 oz. vodka or gin (based on personal preference)
- ½ oz. dry vermouth
- ½ oz. dill pickle juice
- 1 cornichon, for garnishing
- 1 sprig fresh dill, for garnishing

Preparation

Chill a coupe glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka (or gin), vermouth, and pickle juice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 to 20 seconds, until well chilled. Strain into the chilled coupe glass and garnish with the cornichon and sprig of dill.
