La Sandía Blanca

Yield: approximately 6 shooters

Ingredients

    • 10 seedless watermelon cubes (2 inches)

    • 6 oz. blanco tequila

    • 3 oz. lime juice

    • 1½ oz. triple sec

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until watermelon is liquefied. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into ice shot glasses.
