G&G launches its fifth annual Cast & Blast event at Grosse Savanne Lodge in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Friday afternoon kicks off with casting through Louisiana’s wetlands. 

Visit Lake Charles’s Kyle Edmiston and Barry Guinn proudly sport their afternoon catch—a Louisiana redfish.

Duck breast in a marsh rub with an apple wasabi gastrique, duck cracklin, glazed carrots, and coconut corn risotto. 

Saturday morning—the opening day of teal season—boasts a gorgeous sunrise.
