A Flawless Martini from the Garden & Gun Club

The epitome of classic cocktail elegance

Few cocktails are as synonymous with timeless sophistication as the martini, and at the Garden & Gun Club in Louisville, it’s made with one gin for a reason: Tanqueray No. Ten. With its vibrant, citrus-forward profile—crafted from whole citrus fruits, chamomile flowers, and handpicked botanicals—this gin transforms the martini into something truly exceptional. Its crisp, nuanced character pairs effortlessly with the whisper of dry vermouth and the aromatic lift of orange bitters, creating a drink that’s as balanced as it is memorable. Stirred to icy perfection and garnished with either briny olives or a zesty lemon twist, this martini isn’t just a classic—it’s a celebration of what makes this iconic cocktail unforgettable.
