Fish to Fork 2019
From May 9 through 12, Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort hosted its sixth annual Fish to Fork weekend. An unparalleled foodie experience, the weekend featured true dock-to-dish specialties in the beautiful setting of Amelia Island overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. For the first time, the resort welcomed an all-female chef lineup from around the country to showcase both their fishing and their culinary skills, complete with a final Chef Showdown on Saturday night.
