Oysters & Champagne 2020

Fine East Coast oysters from Virginia’s Rappahannock Oyster Company, South Carolina’s Lowcountry Oyster Co., and Florida’s own Pelican Oyster Company are the centerpiece of the event.

Guests sip the “Course of Irony,” the event’s signature cocktail featuring Bristow Gin with Ferreira Branco Porto, Caperitif, lemon juice, and aquafaba.

Throughout the evening, attendees were treated to a variety of champagne offerings to pair with the decadent bites.
