Gin Buck
Ingredients
2 oz Broker’s gin
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. ginger syrup (Bastion uses a house recipe, but Reàl makes one)
1 dash Angostura bitters
Soda water
Mint sprig
Preparation
- Shake first four ingredients. Strain over fresh ice in collins glass and top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig.
