A modern twist on a classic, this refreshing version of a Paper Plane features rosemary-infused Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. A splash of fresh lime juice balances the bitter sweetness of Aperol and Amaro Nonino, while a touch of simple syrup rounds out the flavors. Served in a chilled coupe and garnished with a lime peel, it’s the perfect blend of past and present.
