Hibiscus syrup gives the drinks its gorgeous pink hue, but there’s a subtle citrus mash-up lying under the surface. “It has just the right amount of sourness from the lemon juice and sweetness from agave,” Kim says.

Ingredients
The Ruby Refresher (Yield: 1 cocktail)
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. agave syrup
¼ oz. hibiscus syrup
3 dried hibiscus leaves
Preparation
Shake and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with hibiscus leaves.
