The Launch of Blade and Bow 12-Year-Old

G&G and Blade and Bow Bourbon gathered friends and fellow bourbon enthusiasts at Seahorse in Charleston, South Carolina, to celebrate the release of the distillery’s 12-Year-Old Solera Reserve. Guests enjoyed Blade and Bow Bourbon cocktails, neat pour toasts of the 12-Year-Old Solera Reserve, and live music from the Bluestone Ramblers before select tastemakers and friends of the brand gathered upstairs for an intimate dinner. The evening honored the traditional Solera method, a centuries-old aging process in which a portion of bourbon is never fully emptied from the barrel, carrying whiskey from the very first fill forward, and the legacy of the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery.
