Ingredients
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. mezcal
1 oz. sweet vermouth
4-6 drops Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate bitters
Grapefruit peel (for garnish)
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine the Aperol, mezcal, and vermouth. Add 4-6 drops of bitters. Stir until well-chilled and strain into a glass with one large ice cube.
