Love in the Afternoon
Bitters (Angostura or Peychaud’s)
Sugar cube
1 oz. Corsair Red Absinthe
4 oz. dry champagne

Shake one dash bitters onto sugar cube. Pour absinthe into flute, and add cube. Slowly add bubbly.
