Try a nip of what was once called white lightning in the tasting room, then visit other distilleries like Old Tennessee Distilling Co. in nearby Kodak, with its appropriate outlaw vibe, or Shine Girl, the work of Dolly Parton’s niece, distiller and accomplished military pilot Danielle Parton.
