G&G and Louisville Tourism host an exclusive dinner experience on National Bourbon Day amid the rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee’s new Southall Farm & Inn. The evening begins with bourbon cocktails by Heaven Hill Distillery and savory hor d’oeuvres, followed by a multi-course meal prepared by executive chef Matt Johnson of Louisville’s acclaimed new restaurant, Decade, a neighborhood gathering place in the city’s Butchertown district serving modern twists on American classics. Master Distiller Conor O’Discoll concludes the gathering with a guided bourbon tasting of Heaven Hill’s latest release.

Chef Matt Johnson
Matt Johnson is the co-owner and co-executive chef of Decade Restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky. Born and raised in Louisville, Johnson started his career after high school and has worked in many notable restaurants over the years, including Proof on Main, The Galt House Rivue Restaurant, Decca, and Bar Vetti, before opening Decade in 2023 with Andy Myers.
