G&G hosts the ultimate Gulf-to-table supper
G&G returns to Pensacola, Florida at the height of red snapper season for an adventurous catch-your-own supper experience. A select number of guests embark on a half-day of offshore fishing with three outstanding Pensacola chefs—Blake Rushing of Union Public House, Gus Silivos of Agapi Bistro + Garden, and Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse—who educate guests in the bounty of the Gulf and the fresh, local fish they use in their dishes.
Later, all guests convene at Chef Blake Rushing’s new Union Public House in Pensacola’s East Garden District, where the catch of the day is featured alongside other savory seafood and Florida-inspired cocktails made with Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
