Bourbon & Oysters at SEWE by the Sea

On Sunday, October 7, Kiawah Island Club held a private Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) showcase to celebrate the Southeast through wildlife and art demonstrations, food and drink, live music, and more. G&G created its own environment with a Bourbon & Oysters experience, featuring the Blade and Bow Whiskey horse trailer serving up bourbon cocktails and oysters prepared by Rappahannock Oyster Co. on Sea Island Forge fire kettles.

Lancaster’s seasonal creation: the Autumn’s Tipple, made with Blade and Bow Bourbon Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon allspice syrup, and ginger beer, and garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
