Maneet Chauhan hosts a week of workshops at Palmetto Bluff


Born in Punjab, India, chef Maneet Chauhan worked in some of the country’s top hotels before pursuing a culinary career in the United States. Now residing in Nashville, she is the executive chef and co-owner of Chauhan Ale & Masala House and co-owner of Mantra Artisan Ales. In 2012, Chauhan received a James Beard Award for her role as a judge on the Food Network show Chopped, on which she remains a recurring member of the judges panel. Maneet is also the author of two cookbooks, Flavors of My World, and Chaat: The Best Recipes from the Kitchens, Markets, and Railways of India, which was released in October 2020.
