Quintin Middleton hosts a week of workshops at Palmetto Bluff
Quintin Middleton is the artisan behind the Middleton Made Knives, a line of bespoke tools crafted in the rural town of Saint Stephen, South Carolina. Over the last decade, Middleton has earned a reputation as one of the South’s premier culinary bladesmiths, hand-forging knives for acclaimed chefs including Sean Brock, Michael Anthony, and Mike Lata. Following an apprenticeship with legendary bladesmith Jason Knight, Middleton transitioned to creating culinary knives, and a group of Charleston’s top chefs were among his first clients. In 2010, he founded his brand, Middleton Made Knives, now regarded for some of the finest knife work in the country.
