Stephanie Fees hosts a week of workshops at Palmetto Bluff
Scratch Pasta Co. was founded by chef Stephanie Fees in Lynchburg, Virginia. After a long career as a professional chef in New York City and West Virginia, Stephanie returned to her hometown to run the kitchen at West Manor Estate, a local wedding venue. During her time at West Manor, Stephanie had the opportunity to attend “pasta school” in Chiavari, Italy, where she studied the country’s many authentic pastas and sauces. This experience inspired her to start an artisan pasta shop in Lynchburg, bringing fresh, homemade pastas back to her Southern home.
