A collaborative dinner celebrating coastal cuisine and Southern hospitality
Chef Ann Kim, Garden & Gun Club executive chef, heads to Sails, a European-inspired restaurant just steps from Naples’ beach, for a one-night-only culinary collaboration. Following a cocktail hour featuring hand-crafted libations, Sails head chef Rajkumar “Raj” Holuss and Kim curate a multi-course menu featuring local, coastal fare with a Southern twist.

Ann Kim
Ann Kim is the executive chef of the Garden & Gun Club in Atlanta, Georgia, where she brings the brand’s modern Southern spirit to life through a specially curated menu. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ann found a creative outlet through cooking early on, and prior to joining the Garden & Gun Club, Ann consulted on operations and menu development for several West Coast restaurants and served as chef de cuisine for popular modern tapas restaurant Joya in Palo Alto. With an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for hospitality, Ann brings a fondness for taking casual food and giving it an elevated twist.
Rajkumar “Raj” Holuss
Chef Rajkumar “Raj” Holuss’ culinary journey began in Mauritius, where he developed a love for nature and cooking. After studying at Ecole Hoteliere Sire Gaetan Duval, he trained under Alain Ducasse and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens like Le Gavroche and The Waterside Inn. He later worked with Daniel Boulud in New York, in France, and at The Ritz in London. Holuss earned several accolades, including two Le Taittinger Prix Culinaire awards. In 2023, he became the Head Chef at Sails Restaurant in Naples, Florida, continuing his culinary legacy.
