Cranberry Apple Beet Juice

(Yield: Approximately 2–3 servings)


Ingredients

    • 5 red medium apples (about 2 lb.), cored and sliced

    • ½ medium beet, peeled and chopped

    • 1 cup fresh cranberries

    • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

    • ½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)


Preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing, peeling (if necessary), and chopping to fit into your juicer. Add the apples, beet, cranberries, and ginger. Stir the juice well to combine the flavors. Chill in a pitcher. Pour some pomegranate seeds in the glasses and then pour the juice into glasses. Serve chilled.

  2. Note: The juice will last up to four days in the fridge.
