Bourbon & Friends

In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, guests gathered at the G&G Club for a special multicourse dinner. The evening began with a tasting of Penelope Bourbon spirits led by founders Mike Paladini and Danny Polise and national brand ambassador Ryan Mills, followed by a curated three-course dinner by executive chef Ann Kim, thoughtfully paired with bourbon cocktails. The night concluded with a special sip of Penelope’s Private Select from their exclusive Estate Collection.

The first course: Brown butter seared diver scallops served with charred corn and poblano pepper sauce, smoked bacon, and a crostini, paired with the Penelope Peach Old Fashioned.

The second course: braised beef cheeks with potato cauliflower puree, roasted carrots, and Penelope Toasted demi jus, paired with the Velvet Ember cocktail featuring Penelope Toasted.
