Highlands Food & Wine Festival

Guests enjoyed an “elevation celebration” at November’s annual Highlands Food & Wine Festival. The four-day gathering, held on the impressive Highlands Plateau, showcased the region’s culinary delights and notable wines, spirits, craft beers, and exciting alcohol-free beverages paired with the sounds of world-renowned musical performers. On Friday night, guests enjoyed a signature Catch & Release dinner, a festive evening beginning with a cocktail hour with Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, followed by a seated multi-course dinner prepared by Charleston’s 167 Raw. The sea-to-table menu featured pairings of craft wines at the iconic Flat Mountain Farm in the Highlands, culminating with a live performance by singer-songwriter Katie Pruitt.
