The Saltworks Supper

Kick off St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival with chefs Jason Stanhope and Michael Lugo.

Start your St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival experience with an unforgettable dinner set against Florida’s historic coast. The evening begins with a lively cocktail hour, followed by a seated, multicourse meal prepared by renowned chefs Jason Stanhope of Charleston, South Carolina’s Sullivan’s Fish Camp, and Michael Lugo of St. Augustine, Florida’s Michael’s. The menu takes a focused look at salt and how it seasons, preserves, and shapes flavor. Each course highlights a distinct salt origin or brining technique, with dishes that feel coastal in spirit and Southern in influence, celebrating bold flavors rooted in St. Augustine’s maritime heritage.
