Artist in Residence | Cathead Distillery

The first legal distillery in the state of Mississippi, Cathead Distillery was founded in 2010 by Austin Evans and Richard Patrick (who will represent the brand at Palmetto Bluff). Cathead Distillery currently produces six small batch products: Cathead Original Vodka, Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, Cathead Pecan Vodka, Bristow Gin, Hoodoo Chicory Liquor, and Old Soul Bourbon Whiskey. This year, Cathead’s tenth anniversary, the distillery was named a 2020 James Beard semi-finalist for Outstanding Spirits Producer.
