G&G’s Aprés Antiques Dinner

A post-shopping soirée with oysters, cocktails, and American classics.

Celebrate the Round Top Winter Antiques Show with G&G and Explore Charleston. The Lone Star State meets the Lowcountry with signature Charleston cocktails and oysters, followed by a multicourse dinner and wine pairings crafted by acclaimed Houston chef Aaron Bludorn of Bludorn and Navy Blue. This sold-out soirée draws a stylish, seen-and-be-seen crowd each year—an evening where great food, lively conversation, and impeccable style come together under the Texas stars.

Aaron Bludorn
Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Bludorn pursued a career in hospitality and began his journey at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park. His learnings at CIA led to a prosperous career working under some of the country’s most celebrated chefs including Douglas Keane and Daniel Boulud. Bludorn later went on to become the executive chef at Café Boulud in Manhattan.

In 2020, Bludorn made his way from New York City to Houston, Texas, where he opened his namesake restaurant, Bludorn, a new American restaurant featuring French-inspired dishes with roots in the Texas Gulf Coast. Two years later, he opened Navy Blue, a contemporary seafood destination in Houston’s Rice Village, and in March 2024, Bar Bludorn, a quintessential neighborhood tavern. Most recently, he debuted Perseid, the all-day restaurant at Bunkhouse Hotels’ first property in Houston, Hotel Saint Augustine, which was just named one of Esquire’s Best New Hotels in World 2025.
