Job Opening: Digital Sales Manager
The position will manage digital sales operations and oversee performance of digital advertising and branded content campaigns
Garden & Gun seeks an organized, results-driven digital sales professional to manage sales operations, and oversee performance of digital advertising and branded content campaigns, to drive digital revenue growth. This position also serves as a strategic liaison between G&G sales, marketing and editorial teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
Remote candidates will be considered for this position.
The position reports to the Associate Publisher, Advertising.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee digital plans, maintain revenue forecasts, process insertion orders and manage programmatic and direct-sell campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop pricing strategies, budgets, timelines and optimize inventory usage.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute branded content, social media sponsorships and additional digital initiatives.
• Traffic, monitor and troubleshoot digital campaigns to ensure delivery and campaign success.
• Compile, assess and analyze key performance metrics to provide regular reporting on outcomes, audience trends and ROI to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure digital initiatives align with brand values and client goals.
• Provide oversight and management for Digital Sales Coordinator.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital media, ad trafficking or related field.
• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics).
• Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with social media advertising, programmatic platforms and branded content strategies a plus.
• If working remotely, must be available for occasional pre-scheduled meetings in Charleston, South Carolina, as needed.
