G&G seeks an organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to support the efforts of the marketing department in the role of Coordinator, Integrated Marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, has a positive attitude, exhibits extreme attention to detail, and has a desire to become fully engaged with a dynamic brand. This is a terrific role for someone who is eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing, while striving for excellence with each task and helping shape important initiatives for the brand.
The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide departmental administrative support and assist with daily tasks and projects
• Support Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing through execution of marketing proposals and client activations, as requested
• Lead and coordinate in-magazine marketing programs and special sections in partnership with the digital team
• Manage select event promotions
• Coordinate and manage monthly sales meetings, including deck development and design, meeting set-up, etc.
• Assist with the National Sales Meeting presentation (yearly) in coordination with the Director, Integrated Marketing
• Assist with internal and external partner events (pre-event production; on-site logistics and execution, and post-event follow through)
• Manage expenses for department corporate card in coordination with intern
• Supervise integrated marketing intern
Successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

• Good writing and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work independently on various projects
• Professional communication skills to work with clients and across departments
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, agency, or media industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications a must
• Knowledge of Asana, preferred
• Knowledge of InDesign, preferred
