Job Opening: Integrated Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

Garden & Gun is seeking an organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to support the efforts of the marketing department in the role of an Integrated Marketing Coordinator in a temporary, contract position based at G&G offices in Charleston, South Carolina.

The ideal candidate is creative, hardworking, has a positive attitude, exhibits extreme attention to detail and a desire to become fully engaged with a dynamic brand and exciting projects. 


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support and assist with daily tasks and projects

• Coordinate and manage in-magazine and digital marketing department programs including Field Report and Holiday Gift Guide

• Assist in proposal writing and activations (as needed)

• Coordinate and manage monthly sales meetings, including deck development and design, meeting set-up, etc.

• Assist with internal and external events (pre-event production; on-site logistics and execution, and post-event follow through)

• Coordinate execution of department gifting and marketing premiums

• Manage expenses for department corporate card

• Supervise marketing interns

Successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines


• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail


• Work independently on various projects


Required qualifications: 


• Bachelor’s Degree


• 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role; publishing experience preferred


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications a must


• Knowledge of InDesign, preferred

• Ability to work in-office in Charleston, South Carolina

This is a contract position beginning September 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, with opportunity to extend if needed.
