A celebration of bourbon and bold flavors with chef Noam Bilitzer.
Together with Louisville Tourism, G&G hosts an intimate evening of Southern flavor and fine bourbon at 21 Magazine, G&G’s new headquarters in historic downtown Charleston. Helmed by 2025 James Beard semifinalist chef Noam Bilitzer of Louisville’s acclaimed MeeshMeesh restaurant, the four course dinner will celebrate Bourbon City’s rich culinary and cocktail traditions—with a Middle Eastern twist. Alongside inventive dishes, guests enjoy tastings from Angel’s Envy and a toast with global brand ambassador Angel Teta.
Chef Noam Bilizer:
Born in central Israel in a small K’far, Noam was drawn to fresh ingredients and cooking from an early age. After working in kitchens in Boston, Chicago, Charleston, and now Louisville, Noam competed multiple times on the Food Network and won Food Network’s “Chopped” in 2018. He draws inspiration from his global heritage and cooks with a focus on flavor and sustainability. In 2023 Noam opened his first restaurant MeeshMeesh Mediterranean in Louisville where he incorporates flavors from the Levant region. In 2026, he opens a new concept—Mill Iron 4—a live fire restaurant and butchery.

Angel Teta:
Angel is the Global Brand Ambassador for Angel’s Envy. She rose through Portland’s cocktail renaissance, earning national recognition at Tales of the Cocktail and Speed Rack, leading acclaimed bar programs, and championing greater inclusion in the spirits industry. Since joining Angel’s Envy in 2012, Angel has represented the brand globally, focusing on education, cocktail innovation, and advocacy, and was named Bourbon Women’s Brand Ambassador of the Year. Known for her deep expertise in fortified wines and secondary barrel finishing, Angel is redefining what it means to lead in modern whiskey culture.
