G&G and Visit Pensacola present an evening affair on the Gulf

Join Garden & Gun and Pensacola’s top culinary artists for an unforgettable day on the Gulf of Mexico. 

On the evening of June 18, four renowned chefs come together to treat guests to a four-course dinner featuring creative cocktails, fresh local seafood, live music, and sweeping views of the Pensacola coast from the famed Grand Marlin restaurant.

For a true sea-to-table experience, a limited number of guests can also accompany the evening’s master chefs on a private half-day fishing charter. Breakfast, beverages, bait, and all equipment is provided alongside expert guidance off the Pensacola Bay. Passengers can expect to catch red snapper, vermillion snapper, and possibly king mackerel.


Gregg McCarthy

With a lifelong passion for creating great-tasting food, Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy sees the seafood offerings of the Gulf Coast as an opportunity and a challenge. Winner of numerous awards, Chef Gregg has also been a guest chef at the prestigious James Beard House. 

Edward Lordman

Executive Chef Edward Lordman’s culinary approach is self-described as “modern Southern”. Combining classic Southern ingredients with an elevated style, Chef Ed curates menus to change with the seasons.

James Briscione

The first-ever two-time champion of Food Network’s Chopped, Executive Chef James Briscione has since become a show regular–serving as a host and judge on television as well as starring in the original Food Network digital series.
