G&G brings the spirit of New Orleans to D.C.’s cocktail hot spot Columbia Room, through a multicourse tasting menu prepared by Compère Lapin’s head bartender Abigail Gullo and Executive Chef Nina Compton. The duo will join forces with Columbia Room’s team to share the history, techniques, ingredients, and presentation that have informed NOLA’s inimitable cocktail and culinary culture that spans three centuries.
